Tasks

-Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions. -Lead an agenda of technical excellence and continuous improvement in the practice whilst being accountable for quality assurance standards in design. -Be accountable for technical delivery and safety, to high-quality levels across multiple projects and programmes. -Be a point of escalation for resolution of complex technical matters, both internally and for our Clients. -Grow, develop and manage one of our rivers, dams or maritime engineering capability. Bring pioneering innovation, contributions to advance knowledge and understanding, and provide vision and inspiration to others. -Be a strategic partner for our Clients, sought out by them as a go-to person within your technical field. -Set our technical strategic direction for projects and bid proposals, as well as acting as a subject-matter-expert.
