Supervise and manage technical works for 400kV / 220kV / 132kV substations on behalf of the Client (TRANSCO).
Monitor, report, and resolve non-conformance issues.
Manage client and customer interfaces to ensure strong relationships and effective communication.
Manage all aspects of substation electrical engineering during design and construction supervision.
Oversee site activities and ensure construction strictly follows approved designs.
Plan, organize, and supervise engineering and inspection activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards throughout project execution.
Review, verify, and close out installed quantities.
Provide progress reports and advise on technical solutions where required.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (approved by UAE regulatory authorities).
Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering with a focus on substation projects in the UAE.
Strong technical expertise in substation projects (400kV / 220kV / 132kV).
Knowledge of utility requirements, contract procedures, and QA/QC processes.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Prior experience with TRANSCO, ADDC, DEWA or other major UAE utilities will be highly preferred.
Strong coordination skills with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Skilled in site supervision, project management, and construction monitoring.
