Visit customer properties with client teams to gather information, explain utility programs, address concerns, and facilitate communications with survey and design teams.
Attend client and community meetings and program events as needed.
Create other customer outreach and engagement for the project as needed.
Conduct outreach and engagement services to customers in the field, including preparing messaging, copy, and materials, as needed.
Serve as the day-to-day outreach point of contact for Cordoba’s Project Managers.
Coordinate with client counterparts, including public affairs and corporate communications representatives, on collateral, outreach materials, and any inter-jurisdictional coordination as needed.
Respond to and tracks inquiries and requests from community members and coordinates with Cordoba Project Managers and client representatives, as needed.
Research community values, identifies potential community issues to aid in the planning of project engagement plans with corresponding strategies, tactics, initial scope recommendations, internal deadlines, and draft budgets to achieve program goals.

Proficient in Adobe and MS Office suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience using databases to update and extract customer information
Utilities knowledge and experience required; Electric utility experience preferred
Effective QA/QC skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Business Administration or related field preferred
Familiarity with the Los Angeles coastal area/geography highly preferred
