  • Checking and prioritising purchase invoices for multi-companies before inputting.
  • Answering queries by phone & email.
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes where relevant.
  • Reconciling supplier statement balances to ledgers.
  • Obtain authorisation for timely payment and producing the payment run.
  • Assist the finance dept with any other duties as required.
  • Payments team support, dealing with enquiries from tenants via email and over the phone to process their payments.
  • Reconciliation of monthly expenses, company credit cards and petty cash, posting of entries into the accounting system.
  • Preparation of multiple bank reconciliations.
  • Organising and filing invoices electronically.
  • Accurate input and maintenance of ledgers for various trading entities.

  • Excellent IT skills including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
  • Sales ledger processing, credit control.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Experience working as an Accounts Assistant.
  • Good communication skills and able to work to own initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
