- Hire and develop staff including developing future leaders of the firm
- Create, build, and maintain our client base to support the growth of the region and firm, in partnership with Regional/Divisional Business Development and Marketing teams
- Partner with Firm Leadership to capitalize on existing client opportunities, develop plans for future client opportunities and establish and drive branch priorities and financial plan goals
- Provide project management and site plan production process oversight and actively manage projects as needed

- A demonstrated history of leading and motivating high-performance site design teams
- North Carolina professional licensure preferred (PE, RLA)
- Business acumen with demonstrated success meeting metric goals

- Bachelor's or Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field and/or experience
- Open and transparent communication with senior leadership
