The Pursuit & Proposal Specialist will join the US Mobility ‘Winning Pursuits’ team, partnering with client teams to drive capture planning, strategy, and pursuit activities across the New York/New Jersey and New England markets. This role goes beyond typical proposal writing, covering the entire pursuit lifecycle from positioning to post‑proposal debriefing.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing capture plans, conducting market and competitor research, creating win strategies and storyboards, and serving as Lead Proposal Manager through proposal development and interview preparation. The specialist also supports pipeline management in Oracle Sales Cloud and collaborates with Marketing/Communications on branding and events.
Candidates must have at least five years of A/E/C industry experience in marketing, pursuit, proposal or business development, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office 365. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CPSM or APMP certification, and a background in persuasive writing and capture planning are preferred.
