The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that drive growth and profitability in the multi‑family segment. This remote role serves the West Coast/Southwest (WA, OR, CA, AZ, TX) and requires 50–60% travel.
In this position you will create detailed account strategies, recommend product specifications, lead promotions, and manage customer intimacy events while collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Successful candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and bring over five years of sales or sales‑management experience with national multi‑family development accounts, along with strong analytical, interpersonal and independent work skills.
