In this position you will conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop product strategies aligned with business goals, including pricing and positioning. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to launch new offerings and monitor product performance using data-driven insights. Technical presentations to customers and prospects will be prepared and delivered to convey product value.
You will coordinate product lifecycle activities with global product management and act as the voice of the North American market in global product discussions. Staying current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies will help ensure our solutions remain competitive.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field and brings at least eight years of product management experience, preferably in transformer services. Strong understanding of transformer components, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions are essential. The role requires willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
