
Support project teams in setting up BIM execution plans (BEPs), model setup, and project templates.
Develop and deliver training to electrical design staff on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
Collaborate with other discipline BIM Managers (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical) to ensure coordination and integration of electrical systems.
Assist engineers and designers in creating accurate and detailed electrical models including power, lighting, communications, fire alarm, and other low-voltage systems.
Lead BIM coordination meetings related to electrical systems, ensuring clash detection and resolution.
Stay up to date with industry trends, BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP), and emerging technologies (e.g., Dynamo, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud).
Monitor BIM model progress and quality control for all electrical models on active projects.
Manage the electrical BIM content library (families, components, etc.) and ensure quality and consistency.
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows for electrical design and documentation.
14- 20 years of experience in electrical design for construction.
Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and other relevant guidelines.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Manager - Electrical located in Bengaluru. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects related to electrical systems. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams, creating and managing BIM models, ensuring accurate electrical design integration, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines. This role requires strong technical and managerial skills to ensure project delivery within specified timelines and standards.
Familiarity with international BIM project delivery methods and coordination across multiple time zones.
Strong understanding of electrical systems design including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager).
Experience with cloud collaboration tools and CDE platforms like BIM 360, ACC, or Trimble Connect.
Strong documentation and organizational skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 (or other CDE platforms).
