Diagnose faults efficiently and implement cost-effective repair solutions
Carry out planned preventive maintenance on plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, heating systems, and sanitary facilities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building standards
Provide technical advice to clients and colleagues regarding plumbing system performance and potential improvements
Respond to emergency plumbing callouts across assigned portfolio of commercial buildings
Coordinate with site management teams and building occupants to minimize disruption during maintenance activities
Maintain accurate records of all work completed using JLL's computerized maintenance management system via company issued tablet

Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial plumbing maintenance, preferably within facilities management
