Assist in collecting all necessary documents for any regulatory examinations.
Ensure all surety bonds are renewed and keep track of their statuses.
Act as a liaison within EnFin, across multiple departments, to obtain required licensing documents for renewing business qualifications, financial licenses, and annual reports across all 50 states.
Keep a robust tracker of all licenses owned by EnFin and create a yearly timeline/roadmap for all annual reports and renewals.
Process payments related to licensing and provide receipts to the Payment Processing team.
Ensure that all deadlines are met.
Collaborate seamlessly with the legal and finance departments to meet all regulatory licensing and reporting obligations, including processing applications and purchasing surety bonds.
Upload documents to NMLS and check for any additional requirements or delinquencies.
Communicate with regulators to obtain clarification on instructions and check the status of submitted documents.
Establish and maintain an internal tracking log for licenses, ensuring timely renewals and providing all required documents.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, operations or related field with 5+ years of professional work experience including a minimum of 3 years of experience in 0perations and/or customer service as well as 1+ years of experience in the solar industry or 1 year of experience in solar financing.
