- Collaborate with other trades to coordinate installation and project workflow.
- Perform rigging, lifting, and machinery moves safely and efficiently.
- Use precision tools (dial indicators, laser alignment, etc.) to ensure proper setup.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Install and align pumps, conveyors, turbines, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.

- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
