In your role, you will work with rostering and training teams, driver standards managers, delivery managers, and staff at all levels so that freight services could run safety, and on time.
Ensure safety of the line and all employees and public that may be affected by the operation of trains.
Train Driver Experience with established route knowledge in the Wessex region (or Western region and with the desire to expand into the Wessex area).

Ability to identify competency standards required as a result of legislation, operational standards and safety procedures and maintain same by audit and surveillance
A clean safety record
A current PTS (third rail) appropriate to CTRL
