- Present findings to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and document best practices to enhance corporate VDC policies and strategies.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather data and ensure accurate reporting.
- Responsible for attending weekly client meetings for assigned projects as the main point of contact between the client and BIM team.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on BIM and VDC best practices.

- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of VDC processes and workflows.
- Professional certifications such as CM-BIM, PMP, or similar.
