  • 4+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment; experience in the AEC industry is preferred

  • Previous experience with AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) proposals
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Collaborative mindset and solution-oriented approach
