- You will be responsible for overall design delivery including having the ultimate carriage on any design project decisions.
- Champion design innovation, sustainability, digital engineering, and design excellence.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and delivery partner to commonwealth representatives, industry stakeholders and internal technical teams – building credibility through your leadership, reliability and deep domain knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for design delivery of Defence projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives.

- Tertiary Engineering Qualifications.
- Due to the nature of this role, Australian Citizenship is essential. A current Baseline Defence clearance is preferred, or eligibility to obtain an Australian Government security clearance is required.
- Ability to understand how various systems, processes, and stakeholders interconnect, ensuring seamless integration and a bigger-picture approach.
- Proven experience in design management, overseeing the planning, design, and execution of projects.
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
