Develop and present detailed moodboards, material palettes, and furniture schedules, including bespoke and custom-designed items.
Coordinate procurement, suppliers, and sample approval, managing delivery and installation to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
Lead FF&E sourcing, specification, and design for high-end hotel interiors, collaborating with architectural and design teams to deliver creative, functional guest experiences.
Prepare comprehensive FF&E documentation: plans, elevations, control samples, specification books, and fabric finishes.

A prestigious interior design studio is seeking an experienced FF&E Interior Designer to join their dynamic team, focusing exclusively on luxury hotel projects in Dubai.

Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and 3DS Max to support all phases of the design and documentation process.
Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills.
In-depth knowledge of international luxury hospitality trends and FF&E best practices.
Minimum 5 completed luxury hotel and/or high-end residential projects in portfolio (required for application).
Strong expertise in FF&E presentation: moodboards and samples must be included in the portfolio.
Candidates already based in Dubai will be given preference.
