- Support reporting efforts to:
- Monitor and update recovery tracking sheets
- Maintain organized digital files for efficient access and reporting
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all fire recovery projects and related expenditures
- Coordinate with project and program managers to verify compliance with:
- File and report all supporting documentation, justification forms, and cost records properly
- Ensure insurance and recovery records are tracked separately from bond-funded activities
- Ensure transparency and reimbursement eligibility
