- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure all welding and fabrication processes meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues efficiently, making critical decisions to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee and manage multiple crews on a variety of industrial construction tasks, including welding, pipefitting, and pipeline construction.
- Monitor the progress of projects and report on milestones to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project progress and goals.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Operator Qualifications (OQs).
- Provide leadership and mentorship to crew members, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Coordinate daily work activities, manage schedules, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Demonstrated ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain a zeroincident safety record.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline systems, components, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
- 7+ years of verifiable experience in a superintendent or higher position within pipeline construction, welding, or a related field.
- Indepth knowledge of industrial welding, pipefitting, and pipeline construction practices.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and willingness to travel for project assignments.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Handson experience in welding and fabrication processes.
- Must pass a preemployment drug test.
- Previous experience managing largescale industrial construction projects.
- Operator Qualification (OQ) experience preferred.
