Provides daily high-quality administrative support to labor managers, field leadership, and field employees. Coordinates various projects and maintains accurate systems data including, but not limited to, timekeeping, logs, training, certifications, and safety
Schedules and coordinates meetings and training activities for field personnel, partnering with necessary departments to process technological requests and provides necessary training on tools such as iPads, laptops, and company software
Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.
Consistently make decisions in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.
Creates and maintains positive communications and relationships with customers, vendors and field staff that reflect and support the Company’s core values.
Promotes and models the Company mission, vision and values through exercising sound and ethical business practices, championing all elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and providing high quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers, and the public
Processes the necessary paperwork and documentation for field labor hiring and layoffs, ensuring all required information is provided to HR, payroll and union representatives. Partners with HR and Payroll to accurately maintain active employee data
Assists with management of portability for field employees working in other local jurisdictions.

Associate degree or equivalent work experience in construction management, IT support, administration, business or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction field dispatching.

Superior detail orientation, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Demonstrated strong analytical and mathematical skills
