  • Based on the front desk you will welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Assist Client Services Coordinator with internal and external events.
  • Assist with catering and amenities for meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
  • Assist with presentation and setup of meeting rooms, event spaces, and reception areas as required.
  • Assist Office Services with ad hoc administrative task.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Effective written communication and writing skills.

  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Previous reception or customer service experience.
