The role is a senior project management position responsible for overall delivery on client accounts, including capital planning, budgeting, cost analysis, data tracking, and on‑site supervision. The incumbent will lead consultant and contractor teams, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with risk standards and the JLL playbook.
- Deliver overall project management for client accounts, covering capital plan development, scope definition, and resource allocation.
- Create and manage project budgets, including hard and soft costs, and conduct cost‑benefit analysis.
- Lead cost‑saving initiatives, negotiations, and value engineering efforts.
- Mine, track, and analyze project data, metrics, and KPIs to inform decisions.
- Provide technical support for budgeting, scheduling, entitlements, permits, and consultant selection.
- Assemble and supervise multidisciplinary teams of consultants, contractors, and vendors; evaluate performance and conduct bid leveling.
- Maintain client relationships, resolve conflicts, and ensure on‑site supervision meets performance criteria.
- Develop and enforce risk management, compliance standards, and JLL playbook adherence.
- Train and mentor JLL team members on firm procedures, methodologies, and best practices.
- Oversee account team recruitment, integration, and talent management.
- Drive business growth by understanding client long‑term goals, sharing best practices, and attending industry events.

- Demonstrate strong financial acumen in accounting, budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, and reporting.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project software.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (preferred).
