Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Incumbent must pass a background check, drug screen and physical testing.
High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical school training is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. HVAC experience is a plus.
