Description

Key responsibilities include adhering to Fair Housing laws and responding to resident service requests for plumbing, tile work, drywall installation and repair, and electrical switch repairs. The technician must address these tasks efficiently to maintain resident satisfaction and operational continuity.

Additional duties may involve fence repair, assistance with HVAC and refrigeration, key cutting, trash collection, lawn care, pool cleaning, and carpet shampooing, providing comprehensive support to the community’s upkeep.

Requirements

The role demands physical activity such as walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting, with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, heat, and potentially hazardous chemicals. Equipment used includes hand tools, mechanical and electrically powered tools, lawn care machines, and key‑cutting devices.
