Description
Operate Postage Meter, check and deliver any faxes that may have come through the night before.
Take inventory of the copy rooms on a weekly basis and fill with paper when necessary.
Assist our Accounting Department with the UPS labels for the negative rent checks that are mailed out.
Fill 90 day gift request when necessary and send out in a timely manner.
Sort all buckets of mail and deliver ASAP. Pick up any UPS and Fed Ex from front and delivery.
Relieve receptionist for break and lunch when necessary and fill-in when she is out for the day or week
Open up all A/P mail and deliver. Pick up any mail at the reception area, sort and deliver to all Departments and Companies throughout the building. Sort and review all “Mystery Mail” and deliver to the necessary department.
Assist A/P with their scanning of invoices, keying into the Ops System and stuffing checks when there is free time.
Prepare all mail to be mailed out at the end of the day.
Order office supplies from Office Basics when necessary.
Check with the cleaning service to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Take inventory of kitchen and gym on a weekly basis and go to store if necessary.
