Management of decoration stock
Provide inputs for the development of annual manpower plan
Ensure that season changes and events are implemented consistently as per timeline and decoration standards/guidelines
Ensure the appropriate use of the store equipment while overseeing the execution of store decorations
Maintain the brand image of MAF Retail in the store in terms of communication at store level (usage of the decoration guide and promotional kits sent by Head Office)
Inform management on contractor’s performance and recommend areas of improvement
Oversee the execution of promotional and permanent BTL communication/decoration kits
Oversee the quality of the store image in term of signage (Poster, Promotion, Pricing and Graphic Charts)
Understand the market trends and provide suggestions for improvement of the internal decorating guidelines and standards
