You will oversee two flagship buildings

You will be the visible lead on site, ensuring service excellence across front of house, maintenance and resident experience. The role is operational, people focused and best suited to someone who has come from hospitality or has a natural service mindset.

• Managing a busy operational environment with strong service expectations
• Taking ownership of admin processes with plans to hire an Assistant Building Manager
• Daily oversight of presentation, maintenance and resident services
• Working closely with front of house and technical teams

Requirements

• Confident working with technical teams
• Light touch involvement with commercial occupiers such as a restaurant and nursery
• Hospitality background or naturally service led
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• NEBOSH not essential but some fire safety exposure helps
• Agile and solutions focused mindset
