What you would be doing
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex energy infrastructure projects across regions.
- Lead technical delivery of T&D projects, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions aligned with client and regulatory expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies for integrating renewable energy sources and modernising grid infrastructure.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, client engagement, and thought leadership in energy transition and decarbonisation.
What you bring
- Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy integration, smart grids, and energy storage systems.
- Extensive experience in HV Substations, Primary and/or Secondary Engineering .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including client-facing experience.
- Prove leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivery complex infrastructure projects.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or related field, with chartered status or equivalent preferred.
- Paid parental leave for the non-primary carer of 4 weeks plus the opportunity to access extra paid and unpaid leave of up to 16 weeks if you later become the primary carer (any leave taken at the time will be deducted from the total 16-week parental leave benefit).
