Description

• Verify system functionality throughout projects.
• Suggest improvements to plumbing services.
• Clean, secure, and stocked job sites for efficient operations.
• Ensure plumbers meet or exceed objectives.
• Report project status regularly to the Project Manager.
• Perform plumbing tasks to support crew and project needs.
• Track project progress, costs, and tasks through organized daily job files.
• Assist Project Manager with reports, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Optimize schedules and priorities for profitability and efficiency.
• Maintain and secure tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace for commercial plumbing projects
• Monitor progress against plans and specifications, ensuring timely, high-quality completion.
• Perform assigned duties in compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Verify on-site availability of materials and supplies.
• Submit accurate timesheets promptly.
• Enforce plumbing-specific safety standards.
• Cooperative relationships with site personnel.
• Set and communicate clear daily goals for plumbing crews.
• Training others to improve team skills and efficiency.
• Accurate daily reports on hours, materials, and issues.
• Train and guide team members on commercial plumbing techniques.

Requirements

• Ability to read plans and blueprints for plumbing, piping, HVAC, etc.
• Low accident rates through adherence to safety protocols.
• 5+ years of commercial mechanical experience.
• Superior work quality enhancing company reputation and profitability.
• Composure under pressure.
• Ability to train and manage plumbers efficiently.
• Pass felony background check and drug tests.
• High school diploma; HVAC, plumbing, or other mechanical training required.
• Adherence to schedules, with documented changes.
• Full mobility and ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Effective leadership in managing time and materials.
• Skill in assessing work quality.
• Punctual, prepared arrivals, setting a strong example.
• Basic literacy and math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for plumbing systems.
• Minimal schedule changes with adequate notice.
• Initiative in meeting budgets and fostering team productivity and morale.
• Strong hearing, vision, and spatial skills.
