  • Ability to input data in various system within the Facility
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and ability to complete word processing tasks (correspondence, reports, memos, proposals, charts, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced written communication skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and verbal communications skills, including listening.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ industry experience required in a corporate environment or as a third-party service provider.
  • Ability to maintain shifts logs and detailed documentation of events and activities during scheduled shift.
  • Ability to enable and disable various fire alarm system actions and zones as requested/needed.
  • Shows good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use any Company required software may be required.
  • Knowledge of BMS Building Management System, EPMS Electrical Power Management System, Fire Alarm System to include Pre-action and VESDA system, DCIM Data Center Infrastructure Management, Card Access, CCTV Close Circuit Television.
  • Ability to complete Incident Reports/ Shift Logs.
  • Ability to interface and communicate with various authorities, building management, and operations support staff.
  • Ability to make building wide announcements, operate CCTV systems, and dispatch events via two-way radios and telephone.
