- Design, implement, and manage Azure‑based cloud solutions for clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments and architect secure, scalable cloud migrations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft cloud technologies (Office 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, MFA, ADFS, etc.).
- Lead high‑level discussions on cloud migration strategies and manage projects from start to finish.
- Create and maintain detailed support documentation and SOPs for Tier I‑III service desk teams.
- Configure cloud assets, servers, networks, storage, containers, and virtualization environments.
- Document all activities using web‑based ticketing and tracking tools.
- Continuously improve migration methodologies and processes.
- Manage internal escalations to ensure timely client service.
- Train technical staff on new and existing IT systems and automation scripts.

- 5+ years of experience in networking (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, VLANs) and MSP environments.
- CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent networking expertise.
- Hands‑on experience with routers/firewalls (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, WatchGuard, etc.) and Azure Firewall knowledge a plus.
- Proficiency with Office 365/Azure, Teams, Teams Voice, Exchange, and cloud identity solutions (Azure AD, Okta).
- Experience as an IT consultant/architect and ability to lead solution design.
- Windows Server 2008‑2019 administration and virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM).
- Advanced knowledge of VPNs, VPCs, SD‑WAN, IP routing, Active Directory, and GPOs.
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, MSCP, VSP) or equivalent experience.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Familiarity with service‑desk best practices, security, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools (SCOM, ConnectWise, SolarWinds, Liongard).
