Work with clients, sales teams, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other designers to help bring the project to life.
Review all production information and drawings for accuracy.
Translate 2D plans into 3D renderings and/or Virtual Reality walkthroughs.
Understand the scope of work on site and keep up to date with all project details.
Provide clients with an innovative and unique experience from initial meeting to final walkthrough.
Organize and submit orders in conjunction with the project manager.
Design client projects using ICE® software, populating the DIRTT space from scratch or from a predesigned AutoCAD™ plan.
Create inspiring spaces and solutions that will wow all stakeholders.

The ability to read construction documents and specifications.
Knowledge of DIRTT’s solutions is considered an asset.
Knowledge of COI’s contract furniture lines, architectural walls and commercial flooring is considered an asset.
Previous experience working in an architectural and/or interior firm.
Professional or industry specific designation(s), licenses, and/or certificates such as WELL, NCIDQ, ARIDO are considered assets.
Related post-secondary diploma/associate degree in interior design or a related discipline is required.
Strong knowledge of interior design/architectural field and current practices.
Experience designing commercial spaces.
A degree or diploma in design or architecture.
Previous industry work experience – Contract Furniture Industry, Kitchen design, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Architect – is an asset.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and other 3D software.
