Maintains accurate and complete invoices, paperwork and other procedures to company standards.
Diagnoses, services, and repairs hydronic pumps.
Performs daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.
Repairs, troubleshoots and maintains packaged and split systems.
Repairs EMCS and building control systems.
Maintains and repairs all types of chiller systems including air and water cooled for both commercial and industrial.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses and repairs various makes and models of equipment.

Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the repair of air and water cooled, heating and air condition equipment in commercial and industrial buildings.
Possesses a strong understanding of central plants and hydronic systems operation.
NATE Certification preferred.
Ability to effectively complete time sensitive job duties and responsibilities.
Ability to work in fast paced environment, adapts easily to changes to planned tasks or schedules, works well under pressure.

Three years minimum experience operating, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial chiller systems and HVAC equipment required.
Knowledge of electrical and control systems.

Ability to effectively respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and staff.

Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
