Requirements

Licensed Property Manager / Leasing Specialist – Residential

We’re hiring a licensed, leasing-focused professional to lead leasing for a growing residential portfolio in Edmonton for a well established third party property management company. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, closing deals, and making an immediate impact.

This is a third-party management role, and an active property management license is required by law.

• Strong marketing and advertising knowledge (creative thinkers welcome)
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule
• PM experience is preferred, but strong leasing-only candidates are welcome
• Reliable vehicle required
• Proven success in filling vacancies
• Ability to work from the office as needed
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for showings
• Active Property Management license (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential leasing and/or property management

Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000–$75,000 per year
