Collaborate with manufacturers to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
Operate company vehicle to and from job sites; transport and maintain necessary tools and materials.
Participate in manufacturer and industry training to stay current with evolving technologies and continually improve skillsets.
Communicate with internal teams and manufacturers via email as needed.
Maintain a professional demeanor in all customer and team interactions.
Inspect and test new and existing systems to ensure they meet performance and factory specifications.
