We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Infrastructure Specialist to join our ICT Unit as part of the Compute & Storage Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our IT infrastructure, including backup systems, SAN storage, virtualization platforms, and physical servers.
- Hands on experience with File sharing servers and Failover clusters.
- Windows Administrator of Windows Server operating system
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with backup technologies (e.g., Commvault, Backup EXEc etc.).
- Ability to adapt new tools and work culture.
- CompTIA Server+, Storage+, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure roles.
- Solid understanding of networking and security principles as related to infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of SAN storage systems (e.g., Dell IBM, HPE, Lenovo).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with server hardware (Dell, HPE, Lenovo etc.) and data center operations.
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
