The Senior Analyst, Global Benefits is a senior individual contributor within the Total Rewards team, partnering with Benefits, Compensation, and Global Mobility colleagues. The role independently manages complex, multi‑country benefits programs and supports due‑diligence, integration, and harmonization activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. It provides expert guidance, advanced analytics, and operational leadership to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, cost‑effective, and aligned with the organization’s Total Rewards strategy.
Key responsibilities include administering global health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits; leading benefits activities during M&A transitions; adapting benefit frameworks to local regulations while preserving consistency; managing vendor relationships and performance; conducting cost, utilization, and trend analyses; supporting budgeting and forecasting; ensuring compliance across jurisdictions; maintaining policies and controls; and delivering analytics that inform senior leadership. The analyst also mentors junior analysts and serves as a subject‑matter expert.
- Independently manage and administer complex global health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits programs across multiple regions.
- Lead benefits activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including program assessment, transition planning, data analysis, and implementation support.
- Partner with regional HR teams to adapt global benefits frameworks to local requirements while maintaining program consistency and integrity.
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day owner of global and regional benefits vendor relationships, including performance management and issue resolution.
- Conduct advanced cost, utilization, and trend analysis; develop recommendations to improve program efficiency, competitiveness, and employee value.
- Support benefits budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling in collaboration with Finance.
- Act as a subject matter resource for global benefits compliance, supporting audits, filings, and regulatory reviews across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support benefits due diligence and risk assessment for M&A activity, identifying compliance, financial, and operational considerations and providing recommendations to Total Rewards leadership.
- Maintain and enhance global benefits policies, controls, and documentation to support governance, consistency, and risk mitigation.
- Develop advanced reporting and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, employee experience, and market competitiveness.
- Translate complex benefits data into clear insights and recommendations for HR and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Provide informal guidance or mentoring to junior analysts or HR partners as a recognized subject matter expert.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Required experience includes at least seven years in benefits administration and analysis, preferably with global programs, and a proven track record in supporting M&A activities. Technical skills should encompass advanced knowledge of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits, vendor management, compliance, and strong Excel‑based analytical and reporting capabilities. Soft‑skill expectations include analytical judgment, independent operation in a global environment, clear communication, discretion with sensitive data, and a collaborative, influential mindset.

Benefits
The position offers a base‑pay range of $110,000‑$150,000 in California or $90,000‑$120,000 in Wisconsin, with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, tax‑saving accounts, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and generous paid time off. Time‑off policies vary by role and location but exceed local legal requirements, providing flexible paid leave for exempt employees and accrued personal PTO for non‑exempt staff. Compensation may be adjusted based on experience, location, and other lawful factors.
