Liaising with Spare Parts Administrator to assist with the correct ordering of parts for installations, aftersales and warranty related issues.
Supporting by hands on element of project management during plant installations whilst managing contractors to ensure they are performing in accordance with Liebherr standards.
Diagnosing specific fault issues and action appropriately on truck mixers and concrete pumps.
Carrying out installation, servicing, inspection and repair of concrete technology and equipment at customer premises or on site or if required at the appropriate depot.
Preparing and submit detailed reports and feedback for every investigation undertaken, including customer reports if required
Assisting in obtaining suitable solutions from LMT on technical issues and warranty claims.
Visiting customer sites to investigate technical problems.
Assisting with customer related technical issues and liaise with all parties concerned to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Communicating with customers, factories and LGB accordingly to provide a technical and cost-effective solution to aftersales issues.
Maintaining a healthy and safe working environment for self and others through a clear understanding of workplace safety requirements and systems.
Assisting the product specialist for batching plants with customer queries and technical support.
Working effectively with the department administration team to regularly update all installation and service-related processes.

Recognised time served apprenticeship in either mechanical or electrical engineering with the willingness and aptitude to obtain 18th Edition Electrical Installation qualifications or be working towards.
