In-depth knowledge of HV substations, transmission design, grid connection requirements, renewable energy, and EVCI technologies
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or demonstrated capability through relevant qualifications and past employment experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead internal and external design teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Experience in collaborating with engineers, product managers, and project teams to develop effective solutions
Extensive knowledge of Australian and International Standards and Codes of Practice
Practical experience in design and construction with a focus on safety and cost-effective strategies
Proven experience in Design Management, particularly on large-scale infrastructure or energy transition projects
