Window World Design Consultants provide in-home sales presentations, introducing homeowners to exterior remodeling products and customized solutions. Leveraging the company's sales methodology and product samples, they demonstrate product features and prepare estimates and proposals on site.
- Travel to company-generated and pre-scheduled home appointments
- Build rapport with customers through active listening and a positive demeanor
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide custom quotes onsite
- Answer questions on products, pricing, installation, financing, and close sales on the first visit
- Measure for products and prepare detailed contract documents and scope of work
- Collaborate with customer service specialists to maintain high service standards
- Prospect and contact potential customers
