Description

• Administer end‑to‑end HR processes including onboarding, internal moves, leavers, Right to Work, visa renewals, pay changes, special leave, sickness absence, and benefits updates.
• Process Data Subject Access Requests in line with regulations.
• Manage probation periods, liaise with line managers and escalate issues to Employee Relations.
• Conduct regular audits of employee lifecycle activities such as allowances, working hours and secondments.
• Administer payroll inputs, deductions and entitlements, and advise payroll colleagues.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of leavers and reference letters.
• Provide administrative support for employee relations and performance cases.
• Maintain compliance with statutory PAYE and pension obligations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate lifecycle transactions.
• Update team process guides to reflect regulatory and system changes.

Requirements

• Demonstrate proven HR/payroll administration experience and strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, providing advice and handling challenging conversations.
• Utilize MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP), and HR systems such as Oracle Service Cloud or Workday.
• Self‑motivated, organised, adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure.
• Pursuing CIPD, CPP, or payroll qualification and experienced in policy advice (desirable).
• Strong relationship‑building, stakeholder engagement and remote collaboration skills (desirable).
