Conduct market research and analysis and prepare detailed reports on hotel market trends, performance metrics, and investment activity.
Assist in hotel investment analysis work including benchmarking, financial modelling, investment underwriting and pricing analysis for hotel transaction team.
Support the execution of sales campaigns including site inspections, client and purchaser meetings/discussions.
Assist in the preparation and writing of marketing material including Information Memorandums (IMs), pitch and submission documents and other marketing collateral.
Analyse and be able to evaluate hotel trading and hotel investment data and undertake hotel trading forecasts to support pricing strategies and investment recommendations.

Experience in a similar position
Completed or studying a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar
IMs, Research and Financial and valuation modelling experience will be required
