Company History
The company was established in Houston as a small technical consultancy.
GSI Environmental grew into an international firm solving environmental puzzles.
From its headquarters in Texas, the company tackles projects across multiple continents.
Renowned for data-driven fieldwork, GSI specializes in groundwater, air, stormwater, and wastewater permitting to support industrial and property development.
Typical projects include complex site investigations, remediation efforts, and environmental permitting for industrial operations and infrastructure.
GSI blends hands‑on engineering with advanced hydrologic and toxicological modeling—especially in aquatic science and PFAS impact analysis.
Its nimble size allows entry into both high‑stakes industrial sites and precise water‑resource modeling, making it a go‑to for regulatory and engineering challenges.
Despite its lean structure, GSI maintains satellite offices across the U.S. and serves clients on four continents, delivering local expertise with global reach.
