The role requires managing driver dispatch throughout the day, maintaining volume targets, communicating professionally, and de‑escalating tense situations while staying calm in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must have at least three years of customer service and dispatch management experience, including prior team management, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably dispatch tracking and scheduling experience.
