The Assistant Project Manager – MEP is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work of a building under construction, ensuring a strong understanding of how these systems impact the overall construction process.
In this role you will engage in initial design development, review and coordinate MEP services for constructability, verify legal compliance, prepare BOQs and material take‑offs, ensure materials meet technical specifications, support procurement with technical submittals, and manage shop‑drawing approvals and on‑site implementation of approved conditions.
- Lead design development and coordinate MEP services for constructability.
- Review legal and statutory compliance and secure timely approvals.
- Prepare and verify BOQs and material take‑offs from IFC drawings.
- Ensure materials and equipment meet technical specifications and approvals.
- Support procurement with technical submittals for vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate all service design disciplines and manage shop‑drawing submissions.
- Oversee implementation of approved conditions on site during execution.
- Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire‑fighting systems.
- Manage handovers, including collection of manuals, test certificates, and as‑built drawings.
- Conduct training for the takeover team through contractors and consultants.

The ideal candidate holds a B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with 6 to 12 years of experience in warehouse or industrial projects, possesses technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works, and demonstrates excellent organizational, detail‑orientation, and communication abilities.
