The Maintenance Lead will supervise one full-time maintenance technician and one part-time janitorial staff member. In addition to daily maintenance responsibilities, the role requires coordination with third-party service vendors such as landscaping, pool maintenance, HVAC, and plumbing contractors.
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with on-call duties for emergencies. Pay rate ranges from $55K to $60K, dependent on experience. Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the Boca Raton area.
