Sr Mechanical Construction Project Manager- HVAC

Description

• Oversee all aspects of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project teams, including field superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure scope, quality, and expectations are met.
• Manage project budgets of $10M+ and coordinate schedules, resources, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Experience with design-build, plan-spec, or GMP project delivery methods preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems installation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing large mechanical construction projects in commercial and/or industrial spaces.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets of $10M+ and multi-disciplinary project teams.
