Provide guidance and support to ECS and to ECS Operating Companies
Manage Active Directory and Group Policy
Deliver excellent support to ECS Operating Companies through exceptional customer service
Provide end user help desk support
Participate in pre- and post-acquisition activities
Work remotely and onsite at OpCos to perform and participate in IT projects and upgrades
Computer, software, printer, & mobile device inventory, setup, maintenance and management
Deliver relevant education and training and create documentation for non-technical users
Ensure that Corporate SOP’s are met
Endpoint patch management and monitoring for computer and server operating systems
Requirements

CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience
Autopilot, SCCM or similar configuration technology experience
Ability to travel up to 40% to US-based operating companies as business needs arise
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Travel required up to 40% to US-based operating companies
Ability to work effectively independently and with technical teams as well as operational teams
Strong troubleshooting skills
Proactive change agent skills with competent follow through
Ability to understand and follow Corporate Security & IT policies
Advanced knowledge of general MS Windows Applications
Exceptional communication skills, written and oral; capable of leading meetings in a professional manner
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Users, Groups, ACLs, and Policies
Previous experience working in an IT Support position
