The Reactor Operator Trainee position supports safe and efficient production of adhesive and chemical products at the Troy, MI facility (formerly ND Industries). This on‑site, entry‑level role involves operating processing equipment, handling materials, and completing quality checks under supervision, providing hands‑on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with structured training.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience. They should be able to read instructions, perform basic math, interpret simple charts, and safely operate or be trained to operate a forklift/HI‑LO. Preferred qualifications include experience in chemical or batch manufacturing, a forklift certification, familiarity with GMP, EHS or regulated quality standards, and experience maintaining production or quality records.
Compensation for this role ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on education, experience, certifications, and location. H.B.
