Oversee project closeout and verification of installed quantities.
Ensure construction strictly follows approved design and resolve/report non-conformance issues.
Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and quality requirements.
Supervise and manage complex technical works during design and construction.
Coordinate with the Client and other project stakeholders to manage customer interfaces.
Manage MEP engineering for power substation projects, including FPS, HVAC, lifting equipment, and auxiliary systems.
Plan, organize, and supervise engineering and construction inspection activities.
Ensure HSE compliance across all site activities.

Familiar with UAE authority requirements and TRANSCO/utility standards.
Skilled in site supervision, contractor management, and quality inspections.
Strong technical knowledge of FPS, HVAC, and mechanical systems in substations.
Ability to work in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (approved by UAE regulatory authorities).
Prior experience with TRANSCO, ADDC, DEWA or other UAE utilities will be highly preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in MEP engineering for power projects in the UAE.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
